What's your agenda? What's your campaign?
Spicing up life so it's not mundane.
Bringing that pizazz when the picture's plain.
Putting happy thoughts inside your brain
Different day. Same thang
Make a dollar out of change
Everybody looking Strange
Don't matter. Do your thang
Empathize. Feel the pain
Cats and dogs in the rain
Driving fast down my lane....
Big dreams in my brain
Boxes can not contain
Take a picture in the frame
Cut it up. Rearrange
Little joy. Little pain
Sunshine through the rain
Working hard. Feeling drained
Trying to attain
Cut against the grain
Exercise my brain
Juggle rearrange
Claiming my domain
Is it all in vain?
Sometimes I complain
But nobody is to blame
I wanna fly high but I feel detained
Gonna get a chain cutter to cut these chains
I try to find the words. It's hard to explain
Sometimes you got to lose
before you get to gain
Looking at the big picture. Try to ascertain
Working like a machine, but I'm still humane
When the dust settles, I will remain
If I get muddy, wash out the stain
I try to make a lesson
As I try to entertain
I got a funky beat that's
always flowing through my veins
My momma always told me
"Boy, go and do your thang.
If you got a talent and you waist it
That's a shame"
Power and control
like a lion being tamed
If you got a weakness,
Turn it to a gain
Friends are a fortune
Don't care about the fame
In the end
all you really got is your name
Motorcycle, freight train
Helicopter, airplane
At the top, I wanna stop
But I’m on the run again..
